The Baldwin is a prime example of how we can design for narrow or infill lots. The contemporary layout is divided amongst three levels. The main comprises of the shared living space that includes a covered dining patio with a winding staircase up to the 3-season porch and balcony. This high performance home was also conceived with a water cistern in the basement where water from the roof is captured for landscapes.
